Any Products That Can Prevent Herpes Gladiatorum?

Hey. I do Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in Calgary. I herd about all of these herpes Gladiatorum out breaks in the states. Are there any products out there that have been proven to prevent the herpes virus from being able to enter the skin. I am looking for a cream or something that I can put on my face, neck, and arms before I go to class and will have anti viral properties. Anyone have an ideas on any sort of product that has been proven to work? Thanks alot!
