If its just tiny little white spots then its nothing to worry about, just make sure you wash that area extra well EVERYDAY and you should be fine. But if your really worried about it then yes, see a doctor.
There is a difference between spots and warts.
But pretty much anything abnormal down there should be checked out ideally.
